Each session starts with assessing my client’s needs to address acute and chronic pain, or any other health concern he/she/they may have, in order to create a custom treatment plan.

With a focus on the body and mind, and a holistic approach that combines Western and Eastern methods - Swedish massage, Sports medicine, and Shiatsu - my goal is to bring relief to my clients, and achieve the best results.

“I use BIOTONE cream rather than massage oil because creams allow me to control my strokes , while moisturizing the skin without leaving any oily residue. BIOTONE is made with the active botanicals of pomegranate, green tea, white grape, grape seed, and contains arnica (which is known for its anti-inflammatory properties) . Rich in antioxydants, BIOTONE nourishes, protects the skin, and stimulates circulation. BIOTONE is specially made for massage professionals, and easy to work with.

Most importantly, it is 100% natural, free of preservatives and parabens.”
