Safety Protocols

Whether I come to your place or you come to my mine, I will take every precautions necessary to keep us both safe.

  • Although I am fully vaccinated, I will keep a mask at all times during our session. I also plan to test for COVID-19 regularly.

  • For clients who are yet to be to vaccinated, I am asking that you keep your mask during the entire session.

  • I will wash my hands thoroughly before and after appointments.

  • The massage table will be thoroughly sanitized between sessions.

  • If you have experienced COVID-19 related symptoms, have tested positive or have been in contact with anyone who has experienced symptoms or tested positive within the last 14 days, please notify me promptly, and we will reschedule your appointment.

    Symptoms include: Cough | Shortness of breath | Fever | Chills | Sore throat or other cold symptoms | Muscle and joint aches | New loss of taste and smell | Diarrhea | Headache.

Appointment Confirmation

Upon submitting your appointment request, you will be added to the schedule. Time/date/location will be confirmed via email. In the event of a scheduling conflict, you will be notified. As a courtesy, I will always call you to confirm your appointment two days before the date of your service, and check if you are feeling well.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that unexpected events happen and schedule adjustments are necessary. Please give me a 24-hour notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Any cancellations after this 24-hour window will result in a charging fee of 50% of the service rate. No-shows will result in a charging fee of 100% of the service rate.

Please understand that when you cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to offer this slot to another client.
